Here I added the image to the 'Transparency' Map slot. You can do this easily by
simply dragging and dropping the 'Diffuse' Map slot onto the 'Transparency'
Map slot. You will see the option to 'copy' or 'swap' the maps, by swapping
them the 'Diffuse' Map slot now becomes clear of any maps.

Well, at least we can see the image even if it's not quite right, which is a start!
So why is the image now transparent? Well, it's not. The image is really
changing the transparency of the material, the image itself is still not visible but
it's effects on the transparency of the material gives the impression its there.

So, that being the case, what would happen if we now removed the
'Transparency' Map and changed the 'Transparency' colour to something other
than white?

Lets change it to black and see.............
