Applying multiple images:
Eg. Car Decals.
MAPPING:

Here you can see that to map the 'multi-image' Material we need to add another
UVW map. On the left you can see the two UVW maps, 'Shell'™ and 'Goodyear'™

Naming your UVW maps is again a good idea to help keep track of which map
applies to which image......it
can get very confusing otherwise!

So with the 'multi-image' Material applied, 2 UVW maps in the stack, and a
change of Mapping mode to 'PLANAR'.........you should now see that BOTH the
images are applied to the object........in the example above, only the 'Goodyear'™
mapping gizmo is shown..........just as it will in your viewport. Now to overlap !
