Applying Multiple Images To Transparent Materials.

Continuing on with applying images to transparent materials we come to
applying multiple images.
If you have followed all the tutorials you will already be familiar with the
technique, if not please take a moment to look at the other tutorials, it will make
this one seem very easy. (mental ray users: substitute 'Refract' for
'Transparency' when adding maps to slots)
So, how to apply multiple images to a transparent material? Should be just the
same as applying to a non-transparent material right? ......Wrong.
As the two images will be overlapping we cannot simply apply the images and
associated masks as before. This would be fine though if the images are
separate, but when they overlap it's a little bit different.
Let's do as before and just start with one image applied to the material.............
